Young Eagles

Next Young Eagles Day will be in June 2006
Lorain County Regional Airport (LCRA)

The goal of the EAA Young Eagles Program to give one million young people ages 8-17 a free introductory airplane flight by the 100th anniversary of the Wright brothers' first powered flight in the year 2003. These rides are provided through the generosity of nearly 30,000 volunteer EAA pilots and members of other authorized aviation organizations. Through the EAA Young Eagles Program, we hope to inspire a new generation to explore the exciting world of aviation.
